Quality Care for all the family
Accepting patients and Patient information.
The current NHS contract limits us to a certain number of course of treatment per year for each patient. Therefore we reserve the right to refuse to treat patients who continually miss appointments or cancel at very short notice.
Emergency appointments for bleeding, swelling, acute pain and accidental tooth damage are available during office hours at the practice.
For out of hours treatment please ring the practice number for the latest advice/ contact phone number.
We have facilities for the deaf and blind, but unfortunately due to the nature of the premises a wheelchair ramp cannot be fitted to the front steps.
Complaints and Compliments!!
See our in practice leaflet , but all complaints must be sent to the Practice Manager who will report back to you within 7 days of receipt of the complaint.
Our local Patient Advice Liaison Service will also be happy to help you.

We are bound by dental regulations and data protection laws to keep your records safe and secure from access by third parties without your permission .
Freedom of information
The practice manager can give details of your records free of charge but if you require an explanation of dental terminology a fee of £25 will be incurred. There is a small charge for multiple copies.
Finally abusive and violent behaviour will not be tolerated and patients will be asked to leave the practice.
